Free 15 Minute Discovery Call

Find out if Nutritional Therapy or Practical Homeopathy® is the right approach for you or your child in this free 15 minute conversation.

Initial Consultation (1 hour 15 Minutes – $375)

Each initial consultation consists of an in-depth personal interview, which includes a review of your or your child’s detailed health questionnaire, symptom assessment questionnaire and three day food diary (submitted prior to your appointment). Prior to your consult, Full Life Nutrition will spend time reviewing and conducting a detailed analysis of your submitted forms to get a picture of what’s going on, create a preliminary assessment and plan which is then reviewed and discussed with you at your consult. During your appointment, we’ll review your or your child’s unique bio-individuality, lifestyle, readiness for change, severity of the concern, and other factors.  You’ll learn about different protocols and approaches and based on that you’ll decide what you’d like to move forward with to create your own plan.

A Note on Next Steps and Appointment Frequency: Each client’s situation and health complexity is different, we’ll discuss a plan to determine the frequency of follow-ups based on the duration and severity of your concerns.  Less severe conditions or acute symptoms/concerns may require fewer follow-ups with a longer duration between appointments and more severe conditions may require more frequent follow-ups over a longer time period.

Follow-up Appointment (50 Minute $250 or 25 Minute $125)

*Prerequisite: Initial Consultation.  At each follow-up we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional education, guidance and support.  Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.

Messaging Support (Billed on an hourly basis at a 15 minute minimum)

Due to the volume of support questions received daily, we are happy to assist with a reasonable amount of support after each appointment (e.g., one or two quick messages). Following that, your health concerns and questions can be better addressed on a Follow-Up Appointment. Messaging support will be billed on an hourly basis at a 15 minute minimum. Please note that all messaging support is conducted via our secure client management system, Practice Better.
