Each initial consultation consists of an in-depth personal interview, which includes a review of your or your child’s detailed health questionnaire, symptom assessment questionnaire and five day food diary (submitted prior to your appointment). Through a review of your or your child’s unique bio-individuality, lifestyle, readiness for change, severity of the concern, and other factors you’ll be provided with an initial plan that includes a first round of dietary, supplemental, environmental adjustment/gentle detoxification and lifestyle change recommendations.
A Note on Next Steps and Appointment Frequency: While each client’s situation and health complexity is different, all clients start with a Foundations Package (six sessions over 3 months) with an option to delve further into their condition with a Chronic Conditions Package (four sessions over 3 months). Working together for three to six months is recommended for the best and most lasting results. In some cases, we may agree together to a longer time frame based on the complexity of your situation or you may find it helpful to have additional support by adding additional appointments or packages as needed.
*Prerequisite: New Client Appointment. This package of 6 Follow Up Appointments builds upon your New Client Appointment. At each follow up, we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional guidance and support. Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.
*Prerequisites: New Client Appointment & Foundations Package. This package is for those who’d like to delve deeper into addressing their specific condition after doing of their foundational work, but don’t require sessions as frequently. It consists of 4 Follow Up Appointments over a three month time period (one every three weeks) and builds upon the work you’ve done through your New Client Appointment and Foundations Package sessions. At each follow up, we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional guidance and support. Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.
In this three part nutritional education series you’ll learn about the basics of nutritional therapy for your family. It’s designed for clients who want to start making positive changes to their family’s diet, but are not yet ready to dive in with a new client appointment or for existing clients who would like a more detailed education on nutrition basics. While we won’t address your health issues, signs or symptoms (a New Client Appointment is required for this) we’ll discuss the top foods to add into and remove from your family’s diet, digestion, the right proteins, fats and carbohydrates and overall information to help you make more educated choices.

The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation and get rid of sugar and carb cravings. *Minimum of 5 and up to 10 participants.
Due to the volume of support questions received daily, we are happy to assist with a reasonable amount of support after each appointment (e.g., one or two quick messages). Following that, your health concerns and questions can be better addressed on a Follow Up Appointment. Messaging support will be billed on an hourly basis at a 15 minute minimum. Please note that all messaging support is conducted via our client management system, Practice Better.
