New Client Appointment (1 hour 15 Minutes – $250)

Each initial consultation consists of an in-depth personal interview, which includes a review of your or your child’s detailed health questionnaire, symptom assessment questionnaire and five day food diary (submitted prior to your appointment). Through a review of your or your child’s unique bio-individuality, lifestyle, readiness for change, severity of the concern, and other factors you’ll be provided with an initial plan that includes a first round of dietary, supplemental, environmental adjustment/gentle detoxification and lifestyle change recommendations.

• One 1 hour 15 minute in-depth session via secure videoconferencing or phone
• Review of all questionnaires, assessments and food journals
• Baseline report to assess your current symptom burden and compare future progress
• Custom written plan + product and other suggestions
• Special pricing for clients available on our fully HIPPA compliant online dispensary

A Note on Next Steps and Appointment Frequency: Each client’s situation and health complexity is different, we’ll discuss a plan to determine the frequency of followups based on the duration and severity of your condition.  Clients with less severe conditions or acute symptoms/concerns may require fewer followups with a longer duration between appointments.  Many clients with more severe conditions prefer to start with a Foundations Package (six sessions over 3 months) with an option to delve further into their condition with a Chronic Conditions Package (four sessions over 3 months).  Working together for three to six months is recommended for the best and most lasting results. In some cases, we may agree together to a longer time frame based on the complexity of your situation or you may find it helpful to have additional support by adding additional appointments or packages as needed.

Followup Call (50 Minute $175 or 25 Minute $88)

*Prerequisite: New Client Appointment.  At each followup we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional guidance and support.  Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.

• Based on the duration and severity of your condition we’ll discuss a plan to determine the frequency of our appointments.
• Many clients with chronic conditions with a longer duration and severity prefer to have the structure of a Foundations Package.
• Acute symptoms/concerns and less severe conditions may require fewer followups with longer duration between appointments.

Foundations Package (Six 50 Minute Sessions Over Three Months + 5% Discount $995)

*Prerequisite: New Client Appointment. This package of 6 Follow Up Appointments builds upon your New Client Appointment. At each follow up, we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional guidance and support.  Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.

• 6 sessions via secure video conferencing or phone
• 2 Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire reviews with reports to check progress (1 every 6 weeks)
• Review of food journals
• Custom written plan + product and other suggestions following each session
• Handouts and reference materials as needed
• Special pricing for clients available on our fully HIPPA compliant online dispensary.
• 5% package discount

Chronic Conditions Package (Four 50 Minute Sessions Over Three Months + 5% Discount $665)

*Prerequisites: New Client Appointment & Foundations Package. This package is for those who’d like to delve deeper into addressing their specific condition after doing of their foundational work, but don’t require sessions as frequently.  It consists of 4 Follow Up Appointments over a three month time period (one every three weeks) and builds upon the work you’ve done through your New Client Appointment and Foundations Package sessions.  At each follow up, we’ll review your progress and concerns, make adjustments as necessary, provide additional guidance and support.  Following each appointment you’ll receive an updated customized written plan with product and other suggestions.

• 4 sessions via secure videoconferencing or phone over 3 months (1 every 3 weeks)
• 2 Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire reviews with reports to check progress (one prior to your first session and one at your final session)
• Review of food journals
• Custom written plan + product and other suggestions following each session
• Handouts and reference materials as needed
• Special pricing for clients available on our fully HIPPA compliant online dispensary.
• 5% package discount

Messaging Support (Billed on an hourly basis at a 15 minute minimum)

Due to the volume of support questions received daily, we are happy to assist with a reasonable amount of support after each appointment (e.g., one or two quick messages). Following that, your health concerns and questions can be better addressed on a Follow Up Appointment. Messaging support will be billed on an hourly basis at a 15 minute minimum. Please note that all messaging support is conducted via our secure client management system, Practice Better.
